How do we determine from Great Place to Work® the organizations that are part of these lists?
We analyze the experience of employees at their workplaces, and we do so in light of each organization's size, workforce composition, and what is typical in their industry.
Employees responded to the 60 survey questions that describe the extent to which their organization creates a great place to work for everyone.
85% of the evaluation is based on what employees report about their experiences of trust and achieving their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do.
The remaining pieces we consider include an assessment of all employees' daily experiences of company values, people's ability to bring new ideas, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they have a consistent experience.
